Rossion ecm compared to Noble ecm

We've spent the bulk of the week on Filip's Rossion. After a full wot dyno pull we noticed that it would misfire after the run and after few seconds clean itself up.

The dyno charts shows some of the break up and repeats itself consistently.

In order to rule out the engine mechanics, we opted to jerry rig in the noble ecu and isolate our theories better.

The red line is Rossion with noble ECM.
    The blue is Rossion ECM.

We also ran the vehicle without/as little boost as possible to rule out spark blow out.

Is it possible then to change over to a Noble ECU as a fix for our hard to work with ECUs in the Rossion?

Bill, your dyno chart looked great. I don't think this is any concern.
