    Lambo yellow rossion work

    It's beautiful!

    We were surprised that it only made 308whp.
    The owner thought it was fairly quick.

    This has been altered since initial build, obviously.

    We've been testing the carbon ducting and have found huge restrictions which we are trying to remedy.

    We will first correct the calibration and bring it back to factory specs.

    what we are finding is that the turbos are pulling more air than the ducting can provide. The ducting acts almost like a restrictor. We pressurized 2500cfm of air into the side openings and no difference in performance. Approximately 20-30whp loss and a lagg in turbo spool. This restriction isn't good for the turbos and will shorten the life span.

    A stock Rossion will make approximately 380 to 420whp at 1 bar on our dyno with various shapes in the graph, sometimes good, sometimes not so good.

    Compared to an M400
    with dual exhaust will make 440whp.

    Little 2 inch pipes inside the carbon air intakes attach to the tubing that goes into the airbox containing the air filters. There is no direct flow and probably a bunch of turbulance in the airbox. Needs a better design for sure.

    And then the crankcase vent drops motor oil all over one of the air filters. It is like a little coffin of robbed horsepower, that air box is.

    Installing a short shifter.
    Slightly different routing if cables.
    Well have to remove a cable and route accordingly.

    Since all motors are different, we borrowed the tune set up from Warren's Rossion and installed it into this Rossion.

    The baseline when the car first arrived was 311whp.
    After we corrected the map and boost control, 402whp.
    After we installed Warren's setup, 444whp.
