The owner complains of loud exhaust noise.

After we recalibrate and swap mufflers, I think it will sound much better.

This isn't very flattering. We aborted the dyno pull in the mid 4k range, you can hear that something isn't right.

This one sounds the same. But some of the after fuel
being ignited makes it sound very unhealthy.

The owner is waking up his neighbors, so it's on top of the list to smooth out the sound without taking away the performance part of it.

the new tune and hardware corrected the misfire at 16psi.

during the first dyno pull, I could hear the clutch slipping.

the customer requests to "quiet" the exhaust.
There's not much space left/right, but some length of straight section.

After looking through all the different muffler mfg., nothing really fits the rossion application.

Looks like we will fabricate our own mufflers.

Hoover- I have the extra Rossion mufflers left over from my build. Maybe add those in line with the existing ones?

none of those are the correct size.

once the materials arrive, we will construct a muffler that is the correct length with quality welding and components.

will get some pics. later today.
