    Race engine tear down

    Yes, it's near 1:30am. I'm
    far more
productive in the evenings than the day. The company has definitely grown and the amount of calls we
receive during the day is non-stop.

We raced this motor at Laguna seca before and finally decided to open it up.

Few people know that the noble engine has the worse material bearings in the world.
The grey bearing is a bi-metal and the bronze bearing is a true-metal made specifically for our duratec engine.
The upper rod bearing takes most of the load. This bearing is cleaned up, but the oil traces prior lead me
to believe a little more oil pressure is needed.

Good fuel distribution... not hot spots.
