liking the LED strip a lot especially if the opening created is used to create a draft to reduce under hood temp!

Thanks! yes, it is. Should relieve at minimum the high-pressure area for the tire. it's simple and functional.

i turned my drawings over to fabrication already. looking for the right LED strips. I have this idea that if the LED are small and uber intense, I could make it look like there are no lights and once you press the brakes...POW!!!!

I seem to be getting more paranoid as I get older.

For lighting systems (brake lights, turn signals, darling, etc). I think bigger/brighter is better!
Too many distracted drivers who are more worried about what their friends think about the picture of lunch they posted on Facebook then they are the fact I have (inconveniently for them) applied my brakes!

Have you considered adding a third brake light?

a customer of mine did this.
    nice and simple.
the reverse lights are the hardware that holds the license plate in place.

some people like the round tail lights. Kit car manufacturers adore them since they are simple. Ferrari has done an excellent job integrating them into most of their models.
I think all of Lee Noble's early designs were round brake lights. In retrospec, I should have done this to the HVR as well, but we have to build the LED lights and integrate them into the contours of the body, like all the newer cars.

Round lights are going to be a matter of taste on the Noble/Rossion. The rear design is more straight than rounded, that's why a simple LED strip looks the best.
